My purpose for having a YouTube page is first and foremost for my clients to view and analyze. Video is extremely important to developing as an athlete and I make sure all of my clients have video of their sessions to review. By watching yourself train you will be able to see what we talked about in training. This is a massively valuable asset, take advantage!
